Question : I went to Bali last week and since I’ve been back I have a bad rash on the back of both my legs that is extremely itch and little bit swollen

Seem like Hives to me. I suggest you to use a soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion. Also take an oral antihistamine e.g either cetirizine tablet or hydroxyzine tablet for symptomatic relief from itching.
