I Went To A Massage Parlour And The Attendant Started

Question: I went to a massage parlour and the attendant started to perform oral sex on my penis I stopped her after about 20 seconds. I got tested for hiv 32 days later it was negative. Now i am having symptons like jaw pain, nausea and weight loss. Do you think that I should take a second test
Brief Answer:
Don't get tested for hiv
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Oral sex has lower risk of HIV transmission than all other types of sex activities, you also had a very short time exposure of 20 seconds so your risk of getting infected with HIV is extremely low.
You did the first test at enough time to show positivity so I believe there is no need to get retested for HIV.
Nausea, jaw pain and weight loss may not much be related to possible HIV infection.
I think you may need to consult an ENT doctor because ear issues may have caused the problems you are having.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Possible temporomandibular joint issue.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
The fact that you had some jaw pain before exposure enforces the opinion that it is not related to possible exposure.
Also an maxillofacial surgeon may be visited to check the conditions of ATM, temporo-mandibular joint.
It is possibly getting worse by time not by possible HIV infection.

Brief Answer:
Salivary stone and inflammation possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
The inflammation of the salivary gland may have gotten worse.
Possibly you may need to recheck the salivary gland with an ENT doctor. A possible blockage from the salivary stone may cause symptoms to get worse.
Do get an ENT doctor examination.
It is not likely to be related to possible HIV infection.
