Question: I went to my urgent care about a week ago because my kittens were hurting they said I had a bladder and kidney infection and gave me an antibiotics I'm almost out of them and my kidneys still hurt just the same maybe even a little worse should I go to the ER and if yes should I wait for tomorrow or go now

Thanks for query ,
Based on the facts that you have posted the symptoms that you have could be due to presence of stone in either kidney or ureter and need to investigate .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis

You can take pain killers like Brufen twice daily however if do not get relief you may need to visit ER .
