Question: I went to visit a escort who is 19 years old from Russia and now live in uk. I received unprotected oral for XXXXXXX 20 or 30 seconds.

I visited another escort 23 from Spain in uk and had protected oral for 5 mins and protected vaginal sex for 30 seconds or so.

I'm very worried about hiv and hepatitis and which STD am I at risk for?

I'm losing my sleep over it please help

Your encounter with second escort was completely protected. So your risk for HIV and Hepatitis is almost "nil".
With the first escort you had an unprotected oral sex. The duration of these encounters did not matter much.
As per CDC, XXXXXXX Oral sex carry a low risk for HIV. (https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/risk/estimates/riskbehaviors.html)
The virus concentration in saliva is very very less and not adequate to cause an infection unless it is mixed with blood due to some oral pathology. It is very well applicable also to Hepatitis infection also.

Morever a slight pinch of thought about your encounter will remain for long time. Any small illness like fever or headache, you will like to attribute the past encounter. So better to have a HIV test 12 weeks after the contact and rule out the least possibility of HIV infection to alleviate unnecessary mental tension.
