Question : I will be on a 3 hour flight and I have thrombosis. I am currently taking ziac, lisinopril, dexilant, diflucan, and flexeril. Should I take a baby aspirin before flying?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the medications you are taking and you are not taking any blood thinners at all. If you have thrombosis you may need to be on blood thinners. You can consult your doctor about it ( cardiologist or vascular surgeon).

A three hours flight is not a very long time and is not too risky but it would be good idea to have baby aspirin before flying. I think you better start it a week before flight.
