1. Since when did you experience the pain?
2. Can you explain how it began?
3. Is the pain localised or does it spread to the neck, jaw or back?
4. Do you experience any other symptoms along with chest pain - palpitation, breathing discomfort, sweating, vomiting or so on?
5. Does it hurt to cough, move around?
6. Are you able to perform the daily activities?
7. Were you able to climb flight of stairs?
