Question: I wish to do semen freezing. Kindly let me know the details of the tests I need to undertake. I have heard semen analysis and some blood tests to do some heridatary disease check etc. I want to know complete sperm checkup.

Whether you need to tests before freezing depends on your reason for freezing semen. If you have fathered children and are freezing semen because you are about to undergo cancer treatment, there is no need for testing. What is your reason?

I am single no children. I want to do sperm freezing for safe keeping and may be sperm donation in future.

Thank you for writing back. Most sperm banks will simply look at the sperm cell viability in microscope to determine number and motility. I suggest you find a local sperm bank and hear about their procedures, as they may vary to some extent.
