I Woke Up Last Morning With Pain In My Stomach

Question: I woke up last morning with pain in my stomach so i went to the hospital and got myself checked. In my ultrasound report i found out that i have partial contraction transonic in gallbladder. I want to understand what exactly it is and how to treat it? Is it serious?
