I woke up today with my tongue swollen and there’s a white patch it’s very uncomfortable
Brief Answer:
Hope you have a good health
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today. Tongue swollen and white patch can be caused from yeast, known as oral thrush. Do you have any fever or chill, pain, difficulty eating or fatigue? If you have those feelings please see a doctor. If you are feeling fine, you can try Nystatin gargle solution for oral thrush infection.
I hope that It can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I hope you have good health.

Brief Answer:
Hope you are getting better
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you again for your question. Ok so the canker sore lesions are typically 3 to 5 mm, round to oval ulcers with a peripheral rim of erythema and a yellowish adherent exudate centrally. In this case you can maintain good dental hygiene, soft toothbrush, waxed tape-style dental floss.. Avoidance of exacerbating factors, and for pain control you can try topical anesthetics and coating agents. You can try lidocaine 2% viscous applied directly to the surface of ulcers.
Wish you and you have good health. Let me know if I can assist you further.
