I Work In A Restaurant And Can't Return Without A
Question: I work in a restaurant and can't return without a doctor's note for the 2 days missed. I have not run a fever but was vomiting for 24 hours followed by congestion. I missed yesterday and will most likely miss today (due to stuffy nose and sore throat from vomiting) still no fever. Thanks! Both of my children have colds.
