I Would Appreciate Your Opinion I Have Been Having A Headache With No Other Symptoms

Question : Hey Doc I have been having a headache with no other symptoms since Friday and today is Sunday is Sunday morning. I did wake up a couple of times at night but had a couple of glasses of tea so that's probably why. I have had a headache that lasts for two days ( on and off ) but that was like ten years ago. I tried taking medicine for the headache ( acetaminophen 500mg ) didn't help. The headache is on my Forehead. Any opinion here? I don't think it's anything more then JUST a headache ( if you know what I mean ). I did have the first Covid Vaccine exactly a week ago so I don't think it's related. I would appreciate your opinion here doc. Thanks. Stay safe Aryeh

It can be headache or migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I don't think this headache can be related to covid19 vaccination you had a week ago.
It can be just a headache or even migraine if it is worsened by light , physical activity, sounds etc.
You can try to use ibuprofen or 1000 mg acetaminophen.
Also you can use cold compresses on forehead to relieve tension.
Also you can measure the blood pressure to check it's levels which sometime may cause a headache.
