Your kidney problem isn't severe.
Detailed Answer:
Your kidney funtions at the time of the tests are only marginaly low.
I also notice that your white blood cell counts, are elevated - that suggests presence of an infection - which could cause a temporary drop in renal functions.
(However counts may be raised - if you are recieving steroids for any reason. - check with your doctor)
The CT scan shows normal kidneys and your urine tests are unremarkable, except a very minor amount of protein.
As a precaution keep yourself well hydrated (unless you have been advised fluid restriction for any other medical condition) Avoid over the counter analgesics - that can harm kidneys.
There dosen't appear to be any major concern regarding kidneys, in recieving I.V. Immunoglobulin.

Thank You, that explains the raised WBCs
Detailed Answer:
At the moment there aren't much concerns regarding your kidney functions. however they need to be regularly monitored.
Keep hydrated and avoid taking medications especially analgesics, without your physicians knowledge.
