Question : Hello Doctor, I'm a hypertensive since 30 years and diabetic since 4years. Currently, bp is 140/95, hba1c is 6. Recently i have undergone medical tests, results seems to be within limits including cholesterol levels. Attached current ECG and few years back ECG. I would like to know if any abnormalities are there.

After reviewing both the ecg tracings attached by you I would like to tell you that there are some non specific ecg changes in your recent report. Not giving anything conclusive.

It’s advisable to get an echocardiogram done for further evaluation taking into consideration that you are a diabetic and hypertensive.
