Question : I would like to send a picture to a doctor
of small bumps on the end of my penis

I have reviewed the image and gone through the query.

They seem like Angiokeratomas which are benign vascular ecstasies/ dilated in the superficial dermis. They appear as red, purple or blue raised lesions.
