                                            Question : Hello,
i have a big issue that limits my life. Since 3 days I noticed that there is something like a pimple/rash between my anus and genitals. It doesn't hurt or itch. However, when it comes in touch with water, it feels like getting stabbed with a knife. I have applied hydrocortisone and it didn't really help. On top of today, my left scrotum started to burn slightly (no itching), maybe a side effect of the hydrocortisone. I would really appreciate your help on that matter.

                                    Hello,
attached the current pictures. No symptoms towards urinary or GI tract. It doesnt' even itch or pain or it also doesn't leak, it's dry. However, if it comes in touch with water or if touch it myself to clean with paper, it hurts very much, it feels like getting stabbed, never had this issue or pain before in that area.
Stool is also normal, i can poop or pee without pain, only issue when i when to clean my anus with water and toilet paper it hurts because i touch it by accident.
i would appreciate your support, what kind of ointment or cream could i use for that? thank you

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback and clear, focused photos.
This is classical superficial ulceration of skin exposing the maximum nerve ends thus causing severe stabbing pain on touch, contact with paper and water.
You may please apply liquid povidone iodine locally 2 - 3 times a day.
Take multivitamins and minerals for early healing.Keep the area aerated whenever possible.
You may take a second opinion of a Dermatologist.
I hope this answers your query and helps you.
Take care.
