Question : I wrote ? In box supplied please help me only an ice pack this has been going on over 6 hours I take no meds because I have stomach pain and vomiting I cannot sit. I must keep walking I am exhausted. This horrible muscle spasms on my right hip

You have not specified the location of pain. If I presume that the pain is in back ,then I would suggest physiotherapy and Lumbar Belt.
Pl tell me the exact site of pain. There is no attachment.
