                                    Brief Answer:
Yes, it could be hypochondriac symptom.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to ask a doctor service,
I have gone through your query in detail and can certainly understand your concern towards your symptoms.
I would like to know whether you are facing any difficulty in daily activities, I mean regarding your work, sleep or any kind of emotions.
Because if there is any kind of brain injury, you must have either some neurological symptoms or psychiatric symptoms.
So, nothing to worry if you are not facing either of these.
If still this hypochondriac symptom bothering you...do let me know.
Hope this information would help you.
Thank you.
