Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Yes, YOU SHOULD...go the Emergency Room

This suggests possible Thrombophlebitis and/or Infection.

There is danger of embolism and/or systemic spread

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
