Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that EF may differ due to inter observed variability ( the technique of measurement used by the technician).
Anyway, an EF above 55% is considered normal. So there is no reason to panic.
I would like to know why did you perform a cardiac ultrasound. Did you have any complaints?
I would like to directly review your cardiac ultrasound report whenever you will be able to upload it for a second professional opinion.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,

Thank you so much. I was having hundreds of pvcs daily, and of course was sent for echo and stress test. Both came back unremarkable, and i will request a copy for you to review. My pvcs have completely stopped since the beginning of this year, when i had my echo, which was kind of scary to me. Is it common to go from hundreds a day to none? Thanks again

My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
This change in your heart rate could be explained by anxiety.
As your cardiac ultrasound was normal, this could have helped calm your anxiety and thus your pvcs, which are commonly related to anxiety.
As all your tests have resulted normal, nothing serious is going on.
For this reason, there is no reason to worry about!
Hope to have been helpful!
Wishing all the best,
Dr. Iliri
