Just minor issues seen
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
All in all, your CT scan is fine and there are no abnormalities seen in pelvic organs so you should not be worried. There is ovarian cyst which is of moderate size and it doesnt necessitate surgical approach. Spinal sclerosis is common and may be consequence of obesity or spine injury in the past. Fluid in endometrial cavity is normal. Everything else looks fine. If you have any specific question I am here to help. Wish you good health. REgards

Thank you doctor! I noticed it says
"noted obvious abnormality of ureters or hydroureter" Also it said something that said "Urinary bladder is partially collapsed and grossly within normal limits."
can you explain what that means?? Is it anything serious? Thank you!

Hi
Detailed Answer:
This part in in conclusion section: "noted obvious abnormality of ureters or hydroureter" is obviously a mistake in writing since sentence makes no sense and there is probably missing word "no" before noted. This also can be confirmed when we look at original finding where it satets: Right distal ureter is not contrast opacified hence limited evaluation however visualized right ureter is normal caliber without any filling defects." It means that ureter is normal and there is no hydroureter.
Urinary bladder is collapsed when there is no urine in it. so this is normal.
I dont see a reason to worry...

This assay screens for high-risk human papillomavirus E6/E7 mRNA types 16, 18 and/or 45 using transcription mediated amplification. A"Not Detected" result does not preclude the possibility of infection with high-risk HPV types 16, 18 and/or 45. Patients with "Not Detected"results may still be at risk for disease that could progress to high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia or cervical cancer. It is important to correlate HPV genotype results with cytologic examination and other diagnostic findings. This test was performed at: Northwell Health Laboratories, 450 Lakeville Road, Lake Success, NY 11042-1110.

A result of HPVHR not detected does not preclude the possibility of an infection with high risk HPV. If indeterminate, please submit a new specimen. This assay screens for high-risk human papillomavirus E6/E7 mRNA using transcription mediated amplification. The high-risk types include: 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, and 68. HPV16:
CL Cytology GYN Report:
BLACK, ELINES 1 Cytopathology Report Specimen Description THINPREP HPV WITH IMAGING - Cerv/Endo Clinical Information DATE OF LMP: 12/9/19 ICD 10: visit for: gynecological exam with abnormal findings, Encounter for screening for other infectious and parasitic diseases, Encounter for screening for human papillomavirus (HPV), Encounter for screening for other viral diseases, Encounter for screening for malignant neoplasm of cervix Disclaimer The Papanicolaou ("Pap") test is a screening test which is subject to both false positive and false negative results. Testing is most reliable when adequate samples are obtained on a regular basis. Results must be interpreted in the context of clinical history and physical examination.. Statement of Adequacy Satisfactory for evaluation. Presence of endocervical/transformation zone component. Final Diagnosis NEGATIVE FOR INTRAEPITHELIAL LESION OR MALIGNANCY.

no need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This test means that the HPV virus was detected, but the highest-risk types 16 and 18 are not found.
It means that other types of HPV are detected which is seen in around 50% of women. Considering that the cytology report is normal, it means that there are no changes in the cervix that are related to HPV infection.
So, this means that you were in contact with HPV (not 16 and 18) but it did not cause any harm and probably it will not. You just need to have PAP tests with Gynec follow-ups regularly and thats it.
