Question : If I had a chlamydia, gonorrhea and trichomoniasis test in December, a year after possible exposure and haven't had sex since, can I trust the negative results

You can trust the negative results since there were no unprotected sexual exposures before test was done.

Apologies for the late reply.

Urine tests namely microscopy and culture tests are able to detect chlamydia, gonorrhea as well as trichomoniasis. Sometimes antigen tests or PCR tests are used as additional tests. If you have been through these tests and the results are negative, then I will take the results of the test.
