Question : If I strained my adductor two months ago would it still show up on an mri?

It was a grade 1 strain that has healed but there is still tightness and lingering soreness

A MRI scan will show a strain in the adductor and healing changes in the muscle.

However the imaging findings can be normal if the strain was mild and already healed well.

If you are feeling discomfort in the area then you can get a MRI scan done.
