Brief Answer:
such measure will not pause stroke, brain damage or aneurysm usually.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, holding head extremely hard for a short
period of time does not make you prone to develop stroke, brain damage,
aneurysm sort of things usually.

* There are auto regulatory mechanics of the brain and surrounding
structures to take care of momentary changes in the equilibrium of brain
to avoid any undesirable changes to the physics.

Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query completely.

1. Any symptoms at present as headache, vertigo, vomiting sensation ?
2. History of high BP, diabetes or else ?

Awaiting for your response.
Thank you.
Regards.

Not anymore now only slight headache with occasional light pain in certain spots around my head that is mostly gone now, now there is just a sensation of congestion in my head and very light soreness but not so much

No only very slight high blood pressure, usually normal though, diabetes in family but I dont have any history with it. Overall now head pain is very slight only stuffy feeling like congestion still and feel slightly or somewhat out of it mentally. Not nauseous either.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the details.

So you are fine clinically as well , so far as previous doubts were concerned.

Without asking, I would suggest meditations and deep breathing exercises to be followed in such issue if future need arises.

Have a great day.
Take care.
