Question: If a person has either bone or blood cancer , would the pain in joints be persistent, or intermittent? Would the cancerous cells that overcrowd the bone marrow only press against bones/joints at certain times causing pain or would it be more constant ?

I read your query and here is my advice.

If a person has bone cancer or metastatic cancer the pain tends to be deep and mainly persists at night or during movement than as cancer grows, the pain gets more persistent and intense.

Some types of blood cancer also give bone pain which increases in intensity as cancer grows.
