Brief Answer:
You can safely get vaccinated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
COVID vaccines are safe and effective, it will not affect fertility, neither male nor female.
It will not cause any teratogenic effects and does not affect fetus or pregnancy. All recent studies says it is safe in pregnancy as well. Some physicians prefer to wait till second trimester to get vaccinated.
COvax and covishield both are similarly effective, but most of the doctors prefer covishield.
Hope I have answered your query.
