Question : If i get my period on time does that mean im 100% not pregnant? Got my last period feb 6, and now march 4th feels like before a regular period. Didnt take any tests, and not taking any contraceptives

If you have had regular menstrual cycle with normal flow, it is extremely unlikely that you are pregnant.

But very rarely in early pregnancy there can be implantation bleeding which sometimes mimics menstrual flow.
If you want 100% clarification, get a blood pregnancy test done.
