If My Anxiety Is Causing Some Of These Symptoms

Question : I’ve had ibs type symptoms for the last 12 years and I was only having a BM once every 2-3 weeks for as long as I remember, but about 6 months ago I was on antibiotics (levofloxacin 500) for a suspected prostate infection (There was no infection) during the time I was taking these I started having normal frequent bowel movements (every day). I was thinking I may have had Sibo causing constapation and the antibiotic cleared that up.

I have very high anxiety and have been worried about this change. In the last couple weeks My stomach seems to gurgle a lot more and I feel like I have indigestion or heart burn more and have on and off gas and abdominal pain.

I also noticed there is a very slight oil looking film on the water after bowel movements and after looking at google I got worried that it’s steatorrhea. Can you look at my last week of bowel movements and tell me if they look concerning or like steatorrhea. Sometimes it smells but like a strong bm

Also your thoughts on the frequency change.

The first picture has a little blood on it from a internal hemorrhoid I had that has since stopped causing issues.

I’m not sure if my anxiety is causing some of this.
