Question : If my hemoglobin is excllent and my liver and kidney function is good is it unliely i havw gastro C? thats what my gastro doctor told me.

Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
Nausea vomiting indigestion bloating feeling heaviness in stomach etc are more common symptoms of Gastric carcinoma.
Hemoglobin levels would be effected only in patients with blood in stools(Not common in every patient).

So hemoglobin levels could be normal in patient with gastric carcinoma.
LFT and Kidney functions are not directly related with cancer.
An Endoscopy followed by Biopsy should be done to rule out carcinoma.
