Question : I'm 23- been having chest pain for 2 weeks now. Starting to worry because I'm feeling strain in my neck and a little in my arm. Was recently at the doctor and found out my cholesterol was high.

After going through the medical details provided by you understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that taking into consideration your age and female gender the possibilities of having heart disease at your age is less however as you are experiencing symptoms so basic cardiac evaluation is must to rule out any structural cardiac defect.

I would like to suggest you to personally consult a cardiologist and get basic cardiac evaluation done which includes an ECG and a cardiac ultrasound that is echocardiography.
