Brief Answer:
Delayed ejaculation or retrograde ejaculation will be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
As per your description it seems like your partner is having a condition called “delayed ejaculation” or a “retrograde ejaculation”.
Most men will experience delayed ejaculation at some point in their lives. Delayed ejaculation can have a psychological or biological cause.
Primary cases is difficult to treat and a multimodal approach is often required. They often require the help of professional counselors such as psychologists, psychotherapists, psychosexual counselors. If a diagnosis retrograde ejaculation is confirmed drugs like imipramine will be effective.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks

No diabetes, doesn't drink or smoke. Is on medicine for high blood pressure and omzeprozel for ulcers and tablets to help him urinate. He would suffer from time to time mild depression. And slight anxiety mixing and going out except landscaping which he lives for .

My partner said its because he hasnt been with anyone in 16 years. I disagree. What is your opinion on this.?
Im beginning to think if 16 years ago he could have intercourse with someone he wasnt happy wirh and it worked and cant with me and he is supposed to love me. Then it must be me and maybe i would be better finishing things its effecting me badly

Brief Answer:
Counselling sessions may be effective.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Most of the men at this age experience some sort of similar problems. 16 years he was much younger and it is not your fault!
I think there is a functional element and this a combined counselling sessions will be much effective.
Do not feel low and you have to keep him motivated.
Medical management will not be much effective without a proper evaluation.
Thanks
