Brief Answer:
Delayed Ejaculation or not ejaculating is common in elderly people

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted your partner who is 68 years old is facing a problem of not ejaculating during sex and needs you to your intervention to have penile stimulation to ejaculate or achieve orgasm .

This is very common in elderly person is mainly due to following factors
1) With advancing age there is reduced production of endogenous Testosterone which accounts for reduced libido (Desire for sex) .
2) Associated co morbadities like Diabetes, high Blood pressure
3) Reduced secretions of constituents of semen (Seminal fluid,Prostate secretions and sperm production)

Get his blood tests for Serum Testosterone done to assess the testosterone levels .May need to take Testosterone supplements as per advise of Physician .

Looking at the difference between age (of both of you) Your co operation and encouragement is very essential to stimulate him to have orgasm .

If he has no major health issues he can take Cialis 5mg daily and 10 mg on day of planned sex .This will help to have enjoyable sex

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Please specify the tablet he is taking for urination .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
Loss of sexual desire (Libido) that he has could be due to medication he is taking and reduced Testosterone levels associated with advancing age which is common in elderly men,

The delayed ejaculation could be a retrograde ejaculation due to side effect of medicine he is taking for urination .Does the medicine contain (Tomsulosin and Dutasteride)?.Both these drugs have side effect of retrograde ejaculation .

There is no harm in taking Cialis along with medicine for high blood pressure .He will have a good hard erection and climax of sexual satisfaction (Orgasm)

Thanks and Regards.
