From your information, I presume that you are referring to the serum beta-hCG titers. The value is lower than expected in a normal pregnancy, but, consistent with a confirmed pregnancy.
To know the progress, you have to get a trans-vaginal sonogram along with serial serum beta-hCG titers estimation. Doubling of titers every 2-3 days indicates good progress.
Further management can be planned accordingly.

My doctor said my pregnancy blood test was positive but my blood count was 33 is that a good normal sign for 4 weeks pregnant or not good to be pregnant
