                                    Brief Answer:
Steroidal preparation
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and photos and here is my advice.
This burning and redness will relieve with a steroidal reparation.
Kindly check at your local pharmacy if there is a cream or ointment available that contains betametasone or fluocinolone, etc.
If its not available overthecounter, then you will need a prescription for it.
Keep the skin dry. Wear breathable cotton over the area.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

                                    Brief Answer:
Yeast due to humidity
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
This is most probably caused by yeast overgrowth due to humidity.
Though a topical antifungal preparation will be helpful but burning will be relieved by corticosteroid (steroid) that will bring down the inflammation.
Steroid is to be used for short term (7-10 days).
