Question : I'm 64 yrs old and have stopped producing any seamen or fluid when I ejaculate. Can this be corrected and how?

When and how did this happen - from one day to the other or gradually? Do you take any medicine? Any previous surgeries?

There are many potential causes, e.g. nerve damage from spinal cord injuries, diabetes mellitus, prostate surgery, a blocked sperm duct, etc.
