Question : I’m 73 yes young & this am after my shower I look noticed blood when I dried my vaginia is this normal?

Hello dear,

I think it is not much normal to have vaginal bleeding or spotting once you are in menopause.
It can be related due to atrophy of the vaginal mucosa or to other pathologies of the uterus such as thickening of the endometrial lining.

You may need to get further evaluated by doing a vaginal examination, colposcopy, and a vaginal ultrasound.
