Question : I'm a 17 yr old boy recently I've been experiencing pain in my scrotum for no specific reason the pain lasted for about a day or two when I went to a doctor I don't have swelling or fever or any kind of physical brusing on my testis yet even after taking pills for about a week pain is still existing I don't know what is wrong with me please help Something about me :- I am a armature football player and I regularly go to gym after this incident I've been advised to wear scrotal support in sports ps:- my testis are working in proper condition rn

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As you have already consulted with physician and not getting relief even after taking pills, I would suggest you to get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis after Urologist consultation.
1. Ultrasound with Doppler scan of scrotum
2. Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.
3. Urine routine and culture.

Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis. Till then continue pain relieving pills or you can take tablet Ibuprofen (motrin) 400 mg every 8 hourly/sos. Continue scrotal support. Keep your self hydrated.
