Question : I’m a 18 years old male. Recently I found that my urine look cloudy and smells fishy then I drank a lot of water and then the problem goes away. The next day, I stopped drinking that much water, the problem came back. If I take anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen, the problem goes away by its own. I have never had sex with anyone else, I hope it’s not STD or diabetes or it’s just Urinary Tract Infections. Thankyou so much for helping

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think that this situation is not related to STD since you have never had sex.
The fishy smell together with cloudy urine may be related to an urinary track infection.
Using antinflamatory drugs such as ibuprofen can hide some signs such burning and pain.
I think you may need to do an urine analysis to check for infection. Probably antibiotics may be needed.
Using cranberry juice or tea is advisable for disinfection.
Drink more water.

The main causes of urinary track infection is a bacteria called escherichia coli.
They are a large group of bacteria found in food, intestines of animals and men, environment etc.
Some strains are harmless but some may cause infection.
Cranberry juice works well on it.
Use lots of water to flush it out.
