Question: I’m a 23 year old male who has been experiencing reoccurring nose bleeds for over six months (the nose bleeds last 15min-45min). I’ve never had nose bleeds in the past. I’ve also been experiencing shortness of breath and dizzy spells. I brought it up to my primary doctor who ran blood test on me (will include). My ABS-eosinophils were elevated/higher than normal at 0.45
My protime was elevated at 12.6
And my INR was 0.88.
What could this all indicate? I had this test ran three different times and it showed elevation each time.

Detailed answer is given below

Detailed Answer:
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have repeated nose bleeding.

There are so many reasons for that.

It can be some local nasal problem, hematological disorders or systemic cause like hypertension.

Your prothrombin time and INR is normal.
Check with your complete blood count. If platelet count is also normal and you don't have any other bleeding issues then we can rule out hematological causes.
Please update your complete blood count report and give history regarding any bleeding at other site or skin rashes.

You should examine once by ENT specialist to check for local cause.

Also check your blood pressure. Many a time hypertension causes nasal bleeding.

So please update all your reports and give be follow up.
