Question : I’m a 32 year old male suffering from psoriasis for about four years now and within 7 months I noticed my left groin lymph node became enlarged. Besides that I have no other symptoms, it is roughly the size of a quarter and is moveable, no other lymph nodes in my body are affected at least that are visible. I am wondering if this is caused by a leg infection or just inflammation from the psoriasis which is also on my leg.
