                                    Brief Answer:
Gynecologic or urologic issues
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This pain is suggestive of gynecologic or urologic issues. Commonly this is seen in cystitis, ureteric stones or ovarian cysts. I suggest to drink raspberry tea, more fluids to promote urination, rest and have nonsteroid painkillers. If there is no improvement, you should do Pelvic ultrasound or CT scan for further evaluation. Wish you good health. Regards
