Brief Answer:
Blood urine urine could be due to BEP

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query
Based on the facts that you have posted blood in urine ( Hematuria) that you have could be due to reputed of the small veins located on the surface of Benign Enlargement of Prostate which is common at this age .or due to side effect of Aspirin that you are taking .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following investigations done to establish diagnosis.

1) Complete Haemogram
2) Blood coagulation profile
3) Urine Routine
4) Ultrasound Scanning of Abdomen

In the mean while stop taking Aspirin for couple of days

Start taking antibiotics like Cefixime twice daily along with Dutasteride once daily

Ensure to drink more water .

Thanks and Regards
Dr.Patil
