Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms are not suggestive of any serious cardiac disorders or at any increased risk for sudden death.
In my opinion, your symptoms are suggestive of fluctuations in blood pressure during these changes in body position. Orthostatic hypotension , probably triggered by diazepam can lead to this clinical situation.
For this reason, I would recommend avoiding Diazepam use for a long time, as it can also lead to addiction and tolerance as common adverse effects. Instead, I would recommend switching to clonazepam, which is better tolerated and without such adverse effects.
Regarding your heart, I would recommend also performing a cardiac ultrasound in order to examine better your heart structure and function.
I would also recommend trying an antiacid, because acid reflux can trigger this symptomatology when bending over.
It is also advisable checking complete blood count for anemia and thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction.
Regarding the protrusion of veins and the itchy feet, I think that they are not indicative of any serious medical disorders, but could be related to prolonged standing up position, tight socks or shoes or a fungal infection ( fungal infections in the feet can cause persistent itching).
For this reason, there is no reason to panic!
Hope you will find this information helpful!
I recommend discussing with your doctor on the above tests and issues.
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist

My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
I don't think that this genetic test result is related to this clinical situation.
If you were a female, pregnancy could be risky.
Regarding DVT, you should know that there are more risk factors that contribute to this situation besides the Leiden factor, like immobilization, varicose veins, etc.. So, as long as you are active, there is no reason to panic about this disorder.
Anyway, the increased heart rates during anxiety (even 180 bpm or more), is quite normal in every healthy individual and doesn't indicate any increased risk of sudden cardiac death.
The increased heart rate when bending over could be related to different possible causes: a toll constitution, acid reflux, or orthostatic hypotension.
No one of these disorders is serious.
So, please try to relax and don't worry about it!
I hope you will find this information helpful!
Wishing good health,
Dr.Iliri
