Brief Answer:
Please kindly provide some more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
What you are describing can be a yeast infection or can be a sexually transmitted infection.
I need to know more information in order to be able to help correctly.
Are you sexually active?
Do you have white patches on your vagina?
What colour or smell are your vaginal secretions? Have they changed lately?
If you are sexually active, do you have pain during sex?
Do you have other symptoms like pain in the lower abdomen?
Please kindly let me know these information and I will be happy to assist you further.
Looking forward to your follow up question.

Yes I’m sexually active, I didn’t see any white patches but I did see a few bumps, it’s kinda itchy and tingling and I did notice light blood wen I wipe only once
Brief Answer:
Possible yeast infection or a sexually transmitted infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up question.
What you are describing can be a sexually transmitted infection or a fungal/yeast infection.
You will need to do some lab tests to diagnose that and to take appropriate treatment.
If it develops white cheesy secretions then consider taking single tablet of Fluconazole 150 mg. That it is enough to treat a yeast infection.
While for the other possible infections, that can give the same symptoms that you describe, you will need to take antibiotics after confirming the diagnose with lab tests.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
