Brief Answer:
Can you explain??

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Vertigo is a usually benign in nature. The treatment is based on the cause. I will be able to understand the cause if you can explain your symptoms - what you meant by getting acute vertigo, how long is it been there, how did it begin, what associated symptoms you have (nausea, vomiting, dizziness), if you have any ear complaints.

I would also like to know your age and if you have any known medical condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart ailment or any others.

A good history is important in patients suffering with vertigo, so please provide as much information as possible.

Awaiting your response...

Regards
