Question : I’m getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow morning, and I’m nervous for it because I’m going under anesthesia for the first time and I’m a marijuana user, and I took 20mg of adderall yesterday morning(not prescribed). I’m a 19 year old female, athletic, very healthy, but I’m having a lot of anxiety and I’m not sure what to tell the anesthesiologist/if I’m making a bigger deal out of this than it needs to be.

I read your query and here is my advice.
The procedure is most likely to go well. Smoking marijuana isn't an indication not to have general anesthesia even though not smoking is better. Using adderall 72 hours before anesthesia is likely not to affect it because it is cleared up by system.
Better not to take anything from now till the procedure.
No need to tell anything because none adderall nor marijuana are contraindications for anesthesia and they are not likely to affect procedure .
Don't take anything now,calm yourself down,go for a walk and try to manage anxiety which is common before a surgical procedure.
