Question : im getting pain in lower abdomen and i have trace blood in the urin and im getting pain while urinating. from today morning

I read your query and here is my advice.
Pain during urination, lower abdominal pain ,blood in urine may be related to urinary tract infection or kidney stones.
Taking count that you had kidney stones before it is quite possible that you may have kidney stones.
You may need to do an urine analysis and an ultrasound to get checked.
You can take pain medications such buscopan or Diclofenac . Antibiotics may also be needed in case of infection.
