Question : I'm having a intermittent pain in my left breast. It happened a few months ago in October and it's back again. My nipple will be a little itchy and painful, and sometimes it'll radiate down my breast. It'll happen when im like 4 days from my period. I'm not breastfeeding or pregnant. I had a mammogram in October and it came back fine. When I shower and wash with basic soap, the pain subsides. Full disclosure I don't have the best hygiene so I dont shower much.
Brief Answer:
Are there any skin changes?
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Do you experience any skin changes in your breast? If so, I would prefer you upload a photo of it. Does the nipple look normal to you, or is it retracted or inverted? Any palpable lumps in your breast?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Brief Answer:
Looks completely normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi again XXXXXXX
Thank you for uploading the photo. To me, it looks perfectly normal. I suggest you try a moisturizing cream for a few weeks, it is probably just some local irritation.
If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
