Question : I'm having a little discharge and irritation to my penis. I've been taking AZO's. The irritation calms and discharge is no longer cloudy. After the AZO's run it course discharge is white cloudy and irritation comes back. Is this a UTI or STD? I'm thinking UTI. If it was STD the AZO's wouldn't help with symptoms.

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

AZO is a disinfectant and pain reliever. It is not an antibiotic to cure the infection neither UTI or STD.
You should do an urine sample or uroculture. Most probably I think it is STD according to the discharge that you have.
The treatment depends on the result of the uroculture.
If I would treat you empirically it would be doxycycline twice daily for 7 days.
