Question: I'm having heel pain in my left foot. it has been 2 months now and yet the pain is not going away. what should i do?

Dear sir,
its planter fascitis and its most common cause is illfitted shoes ,use silicon heal pad in your shoes, take anti inflammatory medicines,give hot fomentation, apply diclofenac gel and if still you have pain despite all these get a steroid injection in your heal.

thanq doctor but a few days after pain showed up i have been at home only due to lockdown yet the pain has not reduced. it still shows the symptoms like high in the mornings and reduces as the day progresses. can this be cured permanently or will it keep showing up every now and then
