Brief Answer:
follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome for the follow up.

* Seems colic type pain as that associated with period cramps feeling and
again the origin can be from various organs as intestine, ovary, ureter etc.

Do you have any alteration in menses cycle recently ?

* By the time you revert back, if the pain is severe, you can opt for intake of
medicine as Dicyclomine , Drotaverine with mefenamic acid or simple
paracetamol for primary relief.
